We know that things come up, and we would love to accommodate you as soon as possible. Please allow 36 hours to cancel or reschedule appointment. This will give us time to book another client into your time slot. If this time is not met , we will reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. -No show / same day cancellation 100% of booked service -reschedule /cancellation 24 hours within the start time of your service will result in 50% cancellation fee or rebooking fee Refunds While all services at Studio One:Six are non-refundable, we take pride in and stand by our work and appreciate your loyalty. For this reason, if a client is unsatisfied with their service, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 7 days of initial service date. The client must contact Studio One:Six within 48 hours to consult and subsequently schedule a service to adjust or correct any dissatisfaction. Client will only receive a complimentary corrective service if due to error on our behalf, not because client has changed their mind after the service has been performed or did not follow recommended aftercare. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.
